Project Engineer / Staff Engineer - Land Development

Seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter professional to join our team as a Project Engineer / Staff Engineer with Civil Land Development experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of civil engineering design for both residential and commercial type projects. We are open to seeing people right out of college or as experienced a someone with 7-10 years experience. While a PE isn't needed, it is desired.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Prepare or oversee the preparation of due diligence reports
• Preparation of engineering design plans suitable for submission to government agencies for permit approvals
• Preparation of Engineering Reports and Studies (i.e. stormwater reports, Development Impact Reports) suitable for submission to government agencies for permit approvals
• Coordinate work with both in-house and outside design professionals assigned to projects
• Perform Construction Administration / Observation Services
