Current opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join a close team. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for all their heavy truck needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling appointments for maintenance and repairs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document and communicate them to the service technicians
- Provide estimates for service costs and time needed for repairs
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service is completed and addressing any issues that may arises
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history
Qualifications :
