About the Role :

The Converting Operator plays a crucial role in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry by ensuring the efficient operation of converting machinery. This position is responsible for transforming raw materials into finished products that meet quality standards and customer specifications. The operator will monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Ultimately, the Converting Operator contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality products on time. Current openings will end up on the C-Shift schedule of 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
