Nissan is looking for a Program Manager to lead all IT efforts involved in multiple Nissan facility migrations and build-outs across the United States.

This would include but is not limited to visiting new facilities sites to under initial requirements, meeting with vendors to relay the scope of the project and return to the site for actual deployment.

Being able to work between multiple business groups & operational teams, this role will be heavily involved in all aspects of the release cycle and will be highly visible to the global leadership.

Day-Day Responsibilities

• Migrate and consolidate data center with a large set of applications to multiple facilities across the United States
• Lead the build-out of networking, cabling, and Audio Visual aspects in a facility
• Migrate servers from previous headquarters to newly renovated headquarters
• Work with relevant business units to gather requirements and needs per Application creation
• Chart & improve workflows
• Participate & lead project status meetings, effectively taking notes for further dissemination
• Act as "go-between "for both the business units, local IT teams, and offshore development teams

Skills Needed :

• Provide day-to-day project management activities including financial forecasting, project planning and tracking, risks / issues / change management
• Work closely with business analysts across the Sales Financing team to understand dependencies and identify opportunities for synergy across a diverse portfolio of applications
• Facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Develop project plan for the project and understand dependencies on other projects
• Navigate and provide input into client's software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
• Establish project communications' status meetings, key stakeholders, etc.

Minimum Requirements :

• At least 7 years of experience managing large scale multi-national or global projects
• Expertise in motivating onshore / offshore resources to complete strict deadlines, tasks, and projects on time
• Background in leading data center migration projects
• Experience working with complex budgets, schedules, changes, etc.
• PMP & CSM certified, SharePoint, Clarity Experience
• Create project timelines from various groups, create critical task monitoring, and budget tracking
• Self-starter mentality, with a focus on achieving tasks and timelines ahead of schedule
