NERC CIP Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a CIP Compliance Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of its NERC CIP compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and track compliance tasks

Participate in audits and maintain evidence for compliance with CIP standards

Monitor compliance metrics and prepare management reports on program performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience

Minimum 4+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance

Demonstrated knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks

Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO270001, or other security and compliance standards is preferred

Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, industrial control systems, and security tools is preferred
