In 2019, we introduced Hiya Connect , a branded call SaaS platform that helps businesses reach more customers by phone.

Today, our Voice Intelligence Platform supports over 500 million users globally. By using adaptive AI and audio intelligence, it delivers smarter, safer, and more productive voice calls across networks, apps, and devices. Our network & solution partners have grown to include British Telecom, EE, Virgin Media O2, Ericsson, Rogers, Bell Canada, MasMovil, Telenor, FICO, Twilio, and more.

About the Position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Carrier + Partner Audiences is a foundational member of Hiya's growing PMM team, responsible for building and driving our go-to-market strategy with global carriers and partners. In this highly visible role, you'll work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Business Development, and your fellow PMMs to shape how Hiya shows up with our most critical audiences. From sharpening our platform story to equipping teams with the right collateral and insights, you'll be both strategist and executor — making sure partners not only understand Hiya's value but see it as essential to their success. You'll dig deep to learn what motivates them and what keeps them up at night — and use those insights to show how Hiya can deliver immediate, lasting value. You'll also shape how we position AI with carriers, proving Hiya is an innovation partner at the forefront of voice intelligence.

You're equally comfortable in front of an executive audience as you are rolling up your sleeves to build a deck, analyze the competition, or support an event. You know how to separate signal from noise and relentlessly prioritize the work that drives the biggest outcomes. You love solving big market challenges and bring curiosity, confidence, and creativity to make an immediate impact

What You'll Do

Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for carrier, OEM, and reseller audiences — while collaborating with the PMM team to strengthen Hiya's overall story.

Drive competitive + market intelligence and build deep audience insights (personas, journeys, motivations) to shape differentiated messaging, GTM priorities, and product roadmap.

Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing to win new business and expand existing accounts through tailored campaigns, enablement, and executive-ready collateral.

Position Hiya's AI capabilities as a strategic advantage for partners, and use AI tools yourself to work smarter and faster.

Plan and execute launches with tight cross-functional alignment, clear collateral, and post-launch learnings.

Build scalable playbooks and processes that capture what's repeatable while tailoring for what's unique.

Represent Hiya externally — from events to executive meetings — with polished, persuasive narratives.

Relentlessly focus on the highest-impact opportunities to move the business forward and establish Hiya as the authority in voice intelligence.

Qualities that will make you successful

5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a track record of driving positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.

Executive presence with strong storytelling skills : you distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders.

Strategic and executional — from shaping the big idea to building the deck, brief, or campaign — with a sharp ability to prioritize what matters most.

Curious and empathetic : skilled at building personas, mapping journeys, and understanding what motivates your audience.

Builder's mindset : you know how to create playbooks and processes that capture what's repeatable while tailoring for what's unique.

Metrics- and AI-driven : you define success, measure it, and use data and AI tools to sharpen strategy and work smarter.

Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to influence without authority and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Comfortable representing Hiya at events, trade shows, and in-person meetings.

Telco or carrier experience is a plus, but more important is the ability to quickly and deeply learn new markets and audiences to craft bespoke approaches.

More Details

The base compensation for this role is $155,000-$228,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered : skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.

Start Date : Immediately

Status : Full-time

Type : Hybrid, 2 days per week in our Seattle office

Location : Seattle, WA

Travel Requirements : ~10–15% for industry events and carrier meetings

Department : Marketing

Reports to : Director of Product Marketing

Direct Reports : None (IC role)
