Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity. Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address security-related inquiries and provide assistance when appropriate. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols. Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any security-related issues or hazards promptly. Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. DayTime Tue 02 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
