Overview
Healthcare Sales Growth Consultant at ChenMed. The role focuses on generating sales leads and enrollment of new patients by engaging with seniors, community partners, and senior-focused businesses. It is the first of three tiers in the MGC Success Plan and growth career path.
Responsibilities
- Begin to nurture, build, and cultivate direct-to-seniors and business-to-business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
- Meet with individual seniors and groups in homes, workplaces, houses of worship, senior centers, or living communities to share the ChenMed value proposition.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local community events (e.g., information tables, health fairs, doc talks) to reach medically underserved Medicare-eligible seniors 55+.
- Cultivate strong relationships with health plan agents, insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, and related providers to keep ChenMed / JenCare as a top provider for senior healthcare referrals.
- Partner with community officials, businesses, and senior outreach programs to drive new patient growth.
- Schedule one-on-one meetings and referral relationships with Plan agents, independent brokers, and the senior community; manage event-related vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Invite insurance agents / brokers to events to ensure timely patient assignment to ChenMed / JenCare Medical Centers.
- Use marketing and sales tools to identify solutions and sell to new customers; maintain up-to-date client information in CRM (Salesforce) and document interactions to manage leads.
- Provide monthly activity calendars and develop penetration plans and initiatives in target markets and channels.
- Recover dormant customers via sales tools and marketing campaigns.
- Educate potential patients on ChenMed's value proposition; deliver presentations to large audiences.
- Develop distribution channels to support new patient enrollment growth; use sales tools to ensure efficiency and data collection.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve engagements with distributors, vendors, and community partners.
- Build relationships with brokers / insurance agents / case workers / third-party vendors; develop broker and partner strategies and plans.
- Engage with new patients beyond their first appointment and maintain relationships to support retention; address customer complaints as needed.

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience; experience with seniors and Medicare Advantage is a plus.Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or equivalent management experience preferred; experience with establishing and maintaining relationships with business / vendor partners.Experience in telesales and data entry; current driver's license required.ChenMed is transforming healthcare for seniors, with a family-owned, physician-led model.
