Job Description

Position Title : Warehouse Office Clerk / Routing Coordinator

Location : Dayton, NJ

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (schedule may vary slightly)

Payrate : $$18.00-$23.00

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Warehouse Office Clerk / Routing Coordinator to support our operations during a maternity leave coverage period. This role serves as a vital link between the warehouse, office departments, and sales teams, ensuring that orders are processed, routed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Blue Cherry experience is a plus.

Experience in traffic / routing with major retailers.

Basic knowledge of vendor compliance requirements.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in basic computer programs, including email and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of office tasks.

Familiarity with standard office equipment (telephone, copier, scanner, fax).

Primary Responsibilities :

Wave orders in the WMS and prepare related documentation.

Print UCC128 labels and generate necessary reports for the pulling / packing departments.

Communicate with the office and sales teams to prepare orders for warehouse processing.

Collect and prepare all necessary data for outbound routing.

Route shipments via retailer and logistics websites.

Receive, review, and apply routing instructions.

Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documentation.

Follow up on pending orders and resolve related issues.

Process ASNs and invoices through the system.

Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Additional Details :

This is a temporary, in-office position covering a maternity leave.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in Dayton, NJ.
