We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Operations Manager, Corporate Studios to join our Corporate Studio Team. The Sales & Operations Manager, Corporate Studios will be responsible for maintaining a standard of excellence in the Austin HQ and Chicago corporate owned studios. This position is responsible for executing a robust sales process and overseeing various aspects of studio operations management. Additionally, this position plays a pivotal role in day-to-day management of the studios, social media, member care, membership sales and retention, and operations management in areas including but not limited to payroll administration, scheduling, supplies, and vendor management.
Sales & Operations Manager, Corporate Studios will :
- Be a full-time position, which may require early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on studio needs.
- Supervise all daily operations, training and front desk personnel, and drive growth for F45 and FS8 studios.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and brand guidelines.
- Manage vendors, partnerships, payroll administration, and oversee required maintenance.
- Conduct daily studio audits to evaluate status of equipment, signage, supplies, cleanliness.
- Administer and manage all studio supplies (towels, retail, drinks, cleaning products).
- Support front desk coverage as needed during peak and non-peak hours as applicable..
- Ensure signage, marketing collateral, and retail displays are up to brand standard.
- Execute retention strategies, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
- Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and ongoing management of the front desk membership support staff.
- Ensure team compliance with mandatory certifications and training.
- Assist Head Trainers and studio teams for staff schedules.
- Lead by example, demonstrating company values and work ethic.
- Oversee the implementation and management of all studio level membership marketing processes and third party partners.
- Engage the local community to boost studio awareness.
- Assist with onboarding and sales-related engagement as necessary.
- Manage relationships with all studio vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leaderships as applicable.
Requirements
Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.Deep understanding of group fitness benefits and engagement strategies.1+ year of proven sales process administration, within the Health & Fitness industry preferred.1+ year of management experience, overseeing hiring, training, performance management, and team development.Experience managing budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, HR, procurement, and studio operations.Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and fostering strong client relationships.Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.Strong leadership and management abilities to create a positive and successful environment for both staff and members.Ability to implement and streamline new procedures in a fast-paced and diverse setting.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Mindbody Online, Google Workplace, and various media platforms.Benefits
