Schedule : Remote Monday and Friday; In office Tuesday to Thursday

Work Location : 2015 Spring Road Suite 400, Oak Brook, IL 60523

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications : $61k to $104k Annually with additional bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Data Management : Lead project tracking, data analysis, and reporting for key initiatives, including Strategic Sourcing, Value Engineering, and Cost Savings projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across the organization, ensuring successful commercialization efforts from ideation to launch.

Efficiency & Cost Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and increase operational efficiency.

System & Process Leadership : Utilize and manage commercialization tools such as PPM, PDM, and SAP to ensure smooth project execution.

Communication & Reporting : Develop and maintain project trackers, reporting key milestones and progress updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related functions.

Project Management : Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully handling multiple complex projects.

Tech & Data Skills : Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other ERP systems for data analysis and project tracking.

Collaboration & Influence : Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Continuous Improvement : A proactive mindset with a passion for driving efficiencies and process enhancements.

Travel : Occasional travel may be required (up to 5%).
