Our sales team is trained across all of our products to give our customers insights into our entire portfolio.

Operations Manager

We are seeking a Fab Operations Manager who will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and hands-on problem solving while driving process improvements, managing the team and achieving both short-term and long-term objectives. This position is on C shift on a compressed schedule, every other Weds, and every Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 5am to 5pm and reports to Senior Manager, Operations.

Responsibilities

• Directing and leading a team to make effective decisions for the daily operations to meet all safety, productivity, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives, while driving continuous improvement efforts that fosters sustainable results to achieve all KPI goals.
• Creating and monitoring Operations strategic initiative by identifying plant operations breakthroughs, building a comprehensive action plan, and aligning resources to achieve targets.
• Developing and monitoring monthly operating budgets and capital projects.
• Ensuring all employees are knowledgeable of and comply with standard work policies as defined in the Quality Management System.
• Identifies and solves complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity exists to achieve all customer commitments.
• Leading the operations team with effective communication and engagement activities as part of the Leadership Team in Lowell.
