Texas Certified Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Certified Scrum Master to support a modern digital system for the Texas Education Agency's review processes.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams on Agile principles

Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure team progress

Track team metrics and maintain the product backlog in coordination with the product owner

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification

Proven experience facilitating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously

Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks

Familiarity with DevOps practices and open-source web technologies
