As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team.
Education and License Requirements :
- Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current Texas Pharmacist license.
- Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through an in-house or other accredited program.
Experience Requirements :
- Completion of a PGY1 Residency Program required; PGY2 or Fellowship in Pediatrics is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospital Pharmacist with knowledge of the unit dose medication and I.V. admixture processes.
- Clinical Pharmacy Specialty experience in Pediatrics / NICU.
- Inpatient pediatric experience.
