Location : Onsite Houston, TX (All candidates must reside or relocate to Houston, TX; relocation assistance provided!)

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team.

Education and License Requirements :

  • Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Current Texas Pharmacist license.
  • Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through an in-house or other accredited program.

Experience Requirements :

  • Completion of a PGY1 Residency Program required; PGY2 or Fellowship in Pediatrics is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospital Pharmacist with knowledge of the unit dose medication and I.V. admixture processes.
  • Clinical Pharmacy Specialty experience in Pediatrics / NICU.
  • Inpatient pediatric experience.
