AI Technical Search Optimization (AIO) Specialist / Web Administrator

Overview

We need a technical person who is interested in SEO, a web engineer is a plus, who can make large strides in improving our search presence with AI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure website content is recommended or cited by LLM-based chatbots like Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
• Research what AI models are being asked, analyze how they generate answers, and craft content that aligns with how AI models search and cite information.
• Use structured data and schema markup to give search bots context and clarify entities on a website to help AI draw accurate connections.
• Manage the website by keeping content updated and updating 3rd party plugins. Any technical issues are reported to the Lead Web Developer for bug fixing.

Requirements

The job is mostly remote; you will only need to visit for coordination that can't be done remotely.
