Welcome customers to the dealership, introduce yourself and the business
Get to know the customer and their needs
Provide solutions to satisfy customers machinery needs that are profitable for both parties involved
NURTURE
Stay in contact often, follow up after the sale
- Provide after-market solutions
- Parts Counter Sales & Parts Marketing of seasonal specials
- Service Coordination with Jamestown Service Department Manager
GROW
Continue to learn about customer and discover additional needs and provide solutions
MATURE
Both parties are reaping the rewards of the multi-unit partnership
Hours :
Off-Season Mon - Fri 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
In-Season Mon - Fri 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm
Sat (every other) 8 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm
On-Call After Hours Seasonally (Planting / Harvest)
Pay :
Hourly Wage - Depends On Experience
Negotiations starting at $18.00 / hour
Monthly Sales Commission
Wholegoods Sales Commission 10% of Gross Margin
- Parts Sales Commission 0.50% of sales if 30% YTD gross margin achieved (0.25% if less than 30%)
- Doubles if monthly sales goal is achieved
Annual Year End Bonus
Sales / Goal based - up to 15% of wages earned
