• Compensation : Base salary $72,000 - $88,000 (salary commensurate with experience)
• Shared Success Bonus Plan : Earn up to $11,400.00 annually
• Sign-On Bonus : up to $5,000.00 depending on location

• Annual Clinical Conference : Hosted by The Place once a year to give BCBAs a social experience to engage with guest speakers, get free CEUs, participate in team bonding activities and enjoy catered food.
• Free CEUs : In-House CE Training and $1,000.00 Annual Professional Development Stipend.
• Work From Home Reward Incentive : Up to 4 days per month (up to 48 per year) to WFH.
