This position requires an eligibility for security clearance. You must be a US citizen.

The Salesforce Developer will work along the full development lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and implementation.

You will work in an agile environment with other developers, product owners, designers, test engineers, and functional SMEs to deliver various Salesforce requirements and best practices.

You will work closely with the customer and team to solution around new capabilities or features to support the mission.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Developer's duties may include :

Develop on the Salesforce platform, including new features, applications, and integrations, in support of mission requirements

  • Write and maintain Apex code and apply your knowledge of the Salesforce platform's capabilities
  • Provide advice and solutioning around new features and applications and modernizing and improving existing solutions
  • Work on an agile delivery team with other developers, product owners, designers, test engineers, and functional SMEs
  • Work directly with the customer to iterate on requirements and product feedback
  • Support briefings and updates for non-technical audiences and senior leaders

Qualifications

MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related technical discipline
  • 5+years of experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex and JavaScript development using GitHub repositories
  • Knowledge of the full Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Experience working with Agile software development with Scrum
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and / or II certifications
  • Active Secret Clearance required

PREFERRED

  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps technologies and tools, including GitHub
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and consulting skills
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder and / or Application Architect certifications
  • Experience working with DOD or military IT systems
  • Experience working with human resource systems
