License : Current state nursing license required

Certifications : BLS

Must-Have : Level 1 Trauma Experience; strong scrub and circulate skills; experience in Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery

Description :

Position available for an RN specializing in the operating room.

The shift is 5x8s from 14 : 30 to 23 : 00.

No block scheduling is available.

Call requirements include one 12-hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday, from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM.

There is no weekdays call.

Weekend work is required every other weekend, totaling two weekends per month.

Time off requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days.

No time off requests are allowed on holidays, or the day prior or after holidays, and no time off on weekends.

Clinicians will be required to float within scope to meet facility needs.

All resources are required to float at the facility's discretion.

Preferred experience includes Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart / Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology.

Candidates must be able to provide proof of vaccinations one week prior to the start date.

Boosters are not required.

Candidates must be responsive and provide expected timelines for all required items.

Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of accepting an assignment.

If unresponsive or unable to meet expectations, candidates may risk not continuing the assignment.
