Our client, a global job search engine that connects job seekers with employers is seeking a Contetn Operations Project Manager. This individual needs to have strong organizational skills to join the SEO Content Marketing team. In this role, you will optimize and audit content to help job seekers find the right opportunities and employers make hiring decisions. This position is very much an operational role, so must be very organized and well-versed in working in content management systems and experience working with vendors to execute on deliverables. Must have experience keeping projects on task, coordinating efforts and managing communications. Above all, you'll ensure accuracy in how products are represented and content is displayed across sites, building trust and credibility with readers.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of content projects, specifically auditing, optimizing and fact-checking to ensure credibility, accuracy and consistency across markets.
Outline large scale project requirements and milestones to create productive timelines and structure.
Support content operations workflows and administrative tasks to streamline work, creating briefs and working directly in WordPress to improve content management and quality.
Update and refresh existing articles to reflect evolving product features and improve visibility on AI-driven search and recommendation surfaces.
Ensure product accuracy across all content, validating details with editorial and cross-functional partners.
Strive for content excellence by ensuring it adheres to relevant style guides, legal guidelines and SEO best practices.
