Position Overview :

This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve / enhance work environment issues through learning and development, communications, and teambuilding to educate and engage employees; guiding business leaders on effective solutions for addressing corrective action and conflict resolution; leading the development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders to promote positive employee relations.
