Responsibilities

• Perform all general in-home electrical service calls, maintenance, and repairs with a focus on quality and safety.
• Establish strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Recommend appropriate solutions, educate customers on service needs, and assist them with financing options and maintenance plans.
• Meet and exceed service goals and revenue targets through diligent work and effective recommendations.
• Work closely with the dispatch and customer service teams to ensure successful daily scheduling and project completion.
• Accurately complete all job-related documentation, including invoicing and service reports.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure high-quality work and support strong team development.
• Maintain a professional appearance, a clean, organized work area, and a properly stocked company truck.
• Participate actively in training, team meetings, and company events.

The base compensation for this position is expected to range between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
