Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential homes

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications

Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and tools

Install outlets, switches, lighting, breakers, and service panels

Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes

Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding the project

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure job completion on schedule

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from our office

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical labor

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
