About ATQLeads
ATQLeads is on a mission to help B2B small and mid-sized companies break free from legacy constraints and reimagine growth in the age of intelligent automation. We believe the future belongs to organizations who can adapt fast—combining AI, intelligent systems, and human creativity to build resilient, scalable, data-driven GTM engines.
Our team works at the intersection of revenue, technology, and strategy. We design breakthrough solutions that make B2B growth simple, modern, and sustainable. If you love building systems that generate revenue, automate workflows, and create commercial impact, you’ll feel at home here.
Role Overview
The Go-To-Market Engineer (GTME) sits at the core of ATQLeads’ growth engine. This role blends technical engineering, revenue-centric execution, and strategic thinking. You will architect systems that accelerate pipeline, enrich data, automate workflows, and make our clients’ go-to-market operations run intelligently end-to-end.
Think of this as the technical brain behind modern GTM.
You’ll work side-by-side with founders, sales, marketing, and revops teams to :
- Turn high-level goals into scalable systems
- Build automations and AI-powered workflows
- Connect tools into a cohesive, modern GTM stack
- Identify bottlenecks and design solutions that unlock revenue
The ideal candidate is equal parts technical, curious, commercially savvy, and creatively strategic.

Think Commercially, Not Just Technically
You ask “why” before building anything.
You care about impact, adoption, and business outcomes.
You communicate clearly and manage projects effectively.
You can work closely with sales and marketing teams without relying on technical jargon.
