Project Manager

The position combines project management responsibilities with in-depth, hands-on technical expertise. The Project Manager is responsible for working with a project team that may include developers, researchers, designers, data scientists as well as operational and clinical representatives.

The role entails leading and managing multiple projects concurrently, building cross-functional plans, budgeting, coordinating resources, managing issues, as well as ensuring timely delivery through the full product development life cycle, including launch and post-launch activities.

• Manages product management and data insights (PMDI) and / or digital solutions and engineering (DSE) department projects.
• Ensures projects are managed on time within budget, with quality and with sufficient resources.
• Point of contact for other departments who wish to initiate projects ensuring there is project alignment without duplication.
• Provides regular metrics and risk register to PMDI Leadership.

Salary Range : $119,700.00 - $159,700.00 annually. BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
