Business System Analyst

A company is looking for a Business System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirement discussions with customers and internal teams

Manage end-to-end requirements involving all stakeholders

Develop business and functional requirements for various systems including Claims and Enrollment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field

10+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis

Knowledge of the healthcare insurance domain (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid)

Experience with EDI healthcare transactions mapping

Experience in documenting requirements and working in an onshore / offshore model
