B Shift, Sunday - Thursday 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm

• During Peak season, overtime will be required

Job Summary

RPI Print, Inc., a global leader in print-on demand, is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Control Associate to join our digital printing team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient scheduling of print jobs, optimizing machine usage, and meeting customer deadlines. It also requires strong computer skills, system aptitude, and hands-on involvement to sequence, release and monitor jobs in real time.

This position is highly day to day and deadline driven, requiring quick adjustments and coordination to keep production on track.

The ideal candidate will have experience in production scheduling / planning, a strong understanding of digital printing workflows, and hands-on familiarity with HP Indigo and Canon Production Inkjet systems.

This is primarily a desk-based role located on the production floor, with the expectation of working directly on the floor with operators and supervisors as needed to troubleshoot, follow up and ensure jobs move efficiently through production.
