Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the Lunchables production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : General Production Associate

Location : Avon, NY

Pay Range : $17.51-$18.51

Shift :  1st shift- 6am-230pm OR 3rd shift 10 : 30pm-6 : 30am

What's the Job?

• Assemble Lunchables products by providing supplies and placing package components into tray compartments
• Inspect finished packages for quality defects and grade rejects based on established standards
• Package finished products into cartons and palletize for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, removing re-work and trash regularly
• Monitor packaging equipment, including tray sealers and cartoners, for proper operation and quality control
