Salary Range : $185,000 - $195,000

We are currently seeking a talented Sr Project Manager to join our growing team! This role requires expertise in workload planning, proposal preparation, budgeting, team management, and client consultation, combined with a strong understanding of business practices. As a Sr Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active secret security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage workload requirements to meet project deliverables and client expectations.
• Develop and present detailed technical and pricing proposals for clients.
• Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Interview, hire, and onboard team members to align with project needs and client requirements.
• Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing project needs and aligning solutions with business practices.
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
