Job description

Prominent NYC Real Estate firm seeks Accounts Payable / Account Receivable Specialist to manage their full-cycle AP / AR processing in-office. Convenient Upper East Side location; great benefits and work-life balance!

Job Function :

Enter and scan invoices, obtain approvals and cut checks
Maintain vendor files, communicate with vendors on open invoices and statement reconciliation
Ensure vendor checks are cashed and deposits posted
Account research
Special projects

Job Requirement :

Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable in Real Estate

Yardi or similar real estate software a must

Strong Excel, communication skills

Ability to work in-office Mon thru Fri
