Job Description

Monitor the financial and operational performance of LIHTC properties within the portfolio. Ensure compliance with LIHTC program regulations and reporting requirements. Collaborate with property management teams to address operational challenges and improve property performance. Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and compliance adherence. Analyze financial statements, budgets, and property performance reports. Prepare and present portfolio performance updates to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Manager should have :

• A strong understanding of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and its compliance requirements.
• A background in property management, asset management, or real estate finance.
• Excellent analytical skills for reviewing financial statements and identifying trends.
• Strong communication skills to interact with property managers, investors, and regulatory agencies.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
