LIHTC Affordable Asset Manager / Director

This role is with a medium-sized organization in the real estate sector that specializes in affordable housing investments. The company is committed to delivering quality housing solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering sustainable growth.

Manage a portfolio of affordable housing assets, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with LIHTC requirements.

Conduct regular financial analysis, including reviewing operating budgets and variance reports.

Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders to address operational challenges and improve property performance.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to investors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

Perform site visits and inspections to evaluate property conditions and compliance.

Develop strategies to maximize asset value and long-term sustainability.

Monitor and address any regulatory or compliance issues related to LIHTC guidelines.

Support the acquisition and disposition of assets as needed.

A successful LIHTC Affordable Asset Manager / Director should have :

• Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and affordable housing programs.
• Proven experience in asset management within the property industry.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for asset management and reporting.

Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000, with VERY generous bonus potential, regular salary reviews and sitting as part of a team that promotes quickly and offers high levels of upward mobility.
