Sales Coordination Manager

Overview

Your role

The mission of this position is to assist the sales team in reaching their sales targets by providing professional customer support through efficient and accurate order processing / tracking as well as timely and cost-effective logistics and purchasing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision of the sales coordination team.
• Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Track team progress towards established goals through the development of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as an escalation point for inquiries and reports related to sales orders and invoicing.
• Expedite orders through collaboration with Regional Vice Presidents, Business Line Managers, and the Product Company.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for members of the team, including product and applications training.
• Provide timely updates on order status and deliveries to customers.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to resolve order-related issues and improve customer experience.
• Drive initiatives to automate and streamline order processing systems and technologies.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position provides supervision for three to five sales coordinators.

A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a similar role is required. Experience in the construction, power, and / or pump industries is a plus, and prior supervisory experience is preferred. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. A four-year Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
