    Job Summary and Qualifications

    In this role, you will provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will leverage therapeutic communication and maintain a safe environment for patients, while identifying their unique needs. You will also coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team aligned with the hospital's mission.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care requirements while following physician directives.
  • Administer medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
  • Utilize computerized documentation systems to record and communicate patient conditions effectively.
  • Educate patients and their families as part of a comprehensive care team.
  • Qualifications :

  • Registered Nurse with a degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
