We are excited to be opening our new distribution facility in Merrillville, IN using state-of-the-art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint. Our 400,000 square foot facility will serve as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee the warehouse's daily operations, including inventory, shipping, and receiving. You'll ensure efficient and accurate work by leading a team of Warehouse Techs, assigning tasks, and tracking performance.

• Lead, motivate, and support team to meet daily goals.
• Organize and manage schedules, assigning tasks to ensure timely order processing and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments and business units.

Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000- $80,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
