Warehouse Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to guide daily operations in a fast-paced, high-performance automated warehouse environment. This leader will support our mission of delivering exceptional accuracy, safety, and service while helping drive a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associatesensuring productivity, engagement, and top-tier performance across all shifts.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound / outbound activity, inventory organization, and merchandise flow.
- Manage production schedules and allocate labor to meet operational goals while tracking time, output, and performance.
- Monitor and report on warehouse activities including inventory levels, purchasing needs, and sales-related movements to ensure product availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver reporting to key facility and plant personnel.
- Support safe, efficient use of material-handling equipment while promoting best practices and equipment care.
- Resolve employee concerns and maintain strong communication across all levels of the organization.
- Complete special projects or operational initiatives assigned by leadership.
What You Bring
2+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) .Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.Ability to work in cold storage environments (-20F / -25C) and warm storage areas (up to 100F / 37C) with proper PPE.Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.; heavier requirements may vary by facility.Flexible schedule availability, including weekends when needed.Comfort working in environments with varying noise levels.Why You'll Love Working Here
