As the Manager of Outpatient Nursing Services , you’ll lead a diverse range of programs including Infusion Therapy, Wound Care, GI / Endoscopy, and Ambulatory Services. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure safe, efficient care while championing innovation, quality, and collaboration across the care team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead clinical operations to deliver safe, patient-centered care
• Mentor and support staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth
• Partner with leadership to expand services and enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
• Manage budgets, resources, and contribute to strategic planning
• Serve in the Administrator on Call rotation
