Mechanical Electrical Assembler
Location : Berkeley, CA 94710 (Onsite –
Pay : $43 / hr (Weekly pay + medical benefits)
Contract : 6 months (Excellent potential to go permanent)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (Start between 6am–9am)

About the Role :
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to help build and test small electronic parts used in advanced technology products. You’ll keep the lab running smoothly, work closely with engineers, and help test and improve devices before they go to customers.
What You’ll Do :
Keep the lab clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.Assemble, test, and inspect small electronic parts using tweezers, microscopes, and other tools.Help run experiments and follow instructions to improve how parts perform.Use Excel to record data, track results, and create simple charts or summaries.Prepare and package parts for shipment to customers or other teams.Order materials, track inventory, and label components correctly.Communicate clearly with your team about results, problems, or updates.Work with engineers and other team members to help improve processes and solve issues.What You’ll Need :
1+ year of hands-on assembly or repair experience (mechanical or electrical).Good with your hands and tools – enjoys building or fixing things. ( Mechanical aptitude)Comfortable working with very small parts and detailed work.Basic troubleshooting and testing skills for electronic components.Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic computer use (entering data, updating logs in excel).Can track and organize shipments, parts, or materials.Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.A positive, reliable team player who can also work independently.Comfortable working in a fast-paced lab environment.Nice to Have :
Experience working with Research & Development (R&D) or engineering teams.Familiarity with lab safety rules and keeping equipment in good shape.Able to occasionally do soldering and troubleshoot under a microscopeTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
