Job descriptionConduct evaluations to assess patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on motor skills, coordination, and independence. Utilize therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to enhance daily living skills. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, assistive devices, and strategies for improving function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment adjustments. Stay up to date with best practices, research, and advancements in occupational therapy. Education : Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure : Active Occupational Therapy license in Missouri. Experience : Prior experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required). Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills. Certifications : CPR certification (preferred). Full-time or PRN (as-needed) opportunities available. Skilled Nursing Facility. Requires adaptability, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate electronic documentation. Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician's direction within the post-acute setting. Supervision of occupational therapist assistants, within scope of practice Communication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patient's needs, not minutes!

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team.
