Position : Field Engineer

Location : Varies (Onsite with Clients)

Travel : Regular travel required, including air travel

Department : Service Delivery

Were growing and looking for a Field Engineer whos not only technically sound, but also thrives in building relationships, solving problems, and being the trusted face of My IT Crew onsite.

What Youll Do :

  • Be the frontline representative of My IT Crewgreet and support clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Travel to client sites to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent technical issuesquickly and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, keeping them informed and confident in your support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve documentation and processes.
  • Identify trends and recurring problems to proactively reduce future disruptions.
  • Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing with your team to raise the bar for everyone.

What You Bring :

  • 3+ years of Windows-based IT support experience
  • One or more of the following certifications :
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative culture
  • High attention to detail and a natural instinct for pattern recognition and root cause resolution
  • A passion for learning, documenting, and helping your team grow
