The position encompasses a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., allowing for work-life balance while fulfilling a 40-hour workweek. This opportunity allows you to genuinely impact patients' lives through personalized care in home settings.
Travel will be required within the coverage area of Santa Rosa, with mileage reimbursed at $0.70 per mile. This role offers a great way to utilize your skills to their fullest potential while enjoying the dynamic environment of Santa Rosa.
