Ferguson is now hiring an Operations Manager to lead business operations in our Springfield Ferguson Fire and Fabrication (branch 0948) location! This role provides leadership for our customer-facing associates and branch functions.

Position Details

Reports to Connor Higgins, Branch Manager

12 associates, direct oversight of 5 associates

Responsibilities

• Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools
• Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives
• Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among different departments to improve operation results
• Ensure warehouse operation is led with efficiency and success
• Handle inventory control in our warehouse
• Interact with vendors to coordinate inventory returns

Pay Range : $4,743.90 - $10,436.80

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
