Position Description :
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all MH operations, and responsible for the back-office operations of GODFREY’S to ensure guests experience warm hospitality, a friendly atmosphere, a clean environment with a personal touch. As a ‘face’ of MH and GODFREY’S, your central goal is to provide guests with outstanding customer service. You need to possess a warm,
caring manner and outstanding people and problem-solving skills. The Operations Leader is to ensure guests experience warm hospitality, a friendly atmosphere, a clean environment with a
personal touch.
General Responsibilities :
- Manage all MH operations.
- Assist the GM as needed at GODFREY’S.
- Supervise Maids, Houseman and Cleaning Crew.
- General administration duties as assigned.
MEETING HOUSE DUTIES :
Check-in and out hotel guests with Skytouch.Answer all phone calls and doorbell calls to assist hotel guests.Prepare key cards for guest check-ins prior to arrival.Assign room cleanings to maids and SPOT inspect a few rooms after cleaning.Update room maintenance report and notify maintenance team.Maintain inventory logs of supplies needed for operations.Organize and inspect storage rooms, maid closets and laundry room to ensure all areas are clean and organized at the end of your shift.Supervise maids / cleaners and maintenance team for daily cleaning and repairs.Prepare daily cleaning report for the GM on issues to be addressed with team.Review STR report and share with GM to adjust rates as needed.Update Room Rate sheet daily.Prepare end of shift report.GODFREY’S DUTIES :
Help in GODFREY’S with rush times, events and fill in for missing staff.Receive and respond to all calls for GODFREY’S & MH.Process all food and drink orders and manage inventory.Deliveries : receive, log, and photograph all shipments that come in.Enter all deliveries in MarginEdge.Responsible for maintaining and organizing the inventory of food, dishes, glasses, utensils, equipment, supplies, cleaning products, etc. and entering in MarginEdge.Responsible for keeping all inventory and storage areas neat and organizedEnter new recipes in MarginEdge.Process invoices and enter in QBO and MarginEdge.Review and prepare equipment service schedules and repair needs.Book service calls and meet with technicians during repairs to ensure work is performed.Daily staff parking enforcement and outdoor area cleaning / status walkAttend weekly Managers meeting.Other duties as assigned.Goal : Maintain 95% customer satisfaction.
Annual Salary : TBD
Health Insurance : GODFREY’S & MH will contribute up to $150 pm towards your insurance plan after 90 days employment. Additional $50 pm for each additional year of employment up to $300 pm.
Bonus : Percentage of net income.
401 K : Matching 401(k) contribution after 3 years employment.
PTO : 14 per calendar year, includes holidays, sick days, vacation days per calendar year ( 2 additional vacation day per each year of employment). No roll over.
