Job Overview :
Construction Management company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its rapidly growing 50-year-old company. This Project Manager must plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish by organizing and overseeing construction procedures to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. This candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve extraordinary results.

Responsibilities
Review issues timely if / when they arise and develop proactive solutionsOwn the paperwork portion of the projectFrequent / daily visits to project job siteCollaborate with Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc. to meet the demands of the projectDevelop scopes of work utilized for the procurement of subcontractsNegotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreementsDetermine required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitationsPlan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be metLead the Project Team through collaboration and leadership skillsHire Subcontractors / Vendors and efficiently allocate responsibilitiesEvaluate progress and prepare detailed reportsEnsure adherence to all health and safety standardsMonthly requisition processingSkills
Outstanding level of clear concise communicationCritical thinking and decision makingExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProven experience as a Construction Project ManagerIn-depth understanding of construction procedures, and material and project management principlesFamiliarity with quality and health and safety standardsGreat knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge and experience of AutoDesk Build is preferredA team player with diplomatic leadership abilitiesPMP or equivalent certification will be an advantageOSHA CertificationJob Type : Full-time
Pay : $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
