Job Description :

We are seeking a full-time Reconstruction Project Manager experienced in the water, fire, and mold restoration industry. This individual will be responsible for leading, budgeting, scheduling, and successfully managing multiple residential and commercial jobs through the reconstruction phase.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xactimate , the industry-standard estimating software, to ensure accurate scope and budget management. The role requires strong knowledge of restoration processes and the ability to handle mitigation and reconstruction projects efficiently, maintaining communication with all stakeholders, including customers, estimators, contractors, and administrative staff.

This position is ideal for someone self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Top Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
• Perform inspections of damaged properties to assess reconstruction needs.
• Create detailed, accurate estimates in Xactimate for insurance claims and out-of-pocket projects.
• Collaborate with mitigation teams to ensure a smooth transition from cleanup to reconstruction.
• Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal staff.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work aligns with contract specifications.
• Monitor job budgets, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
