Assistant Principal Job Description

At Beta, we believe building world-class schools starts with offering a world-class education. That begins with academics. No matter your role, whether in operations, culture, or instruction, your first charge as a leader is to know where our scholars are academically and to own their success. Academic achievement comes first. Character development is a close second. Both are non-negotiable and require every leader to act as a team player.
