Louisiana Licensed Oncology Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage medication therapy for assigned patients, ensuring appropriateness and cost efficiency

Educate pharmacy and medical residents, as well as healthcare providers

Provide expert content for pharmacy-related documents and assist in developing best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or 3 years of related specialty experience

Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice

Prior experience in Oncology is preferred

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and PGY2 Specialty Pharmacy Residency are preferred
