Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and process pharmacy prior authorization requests and formulary exceptions

Conduct peer-to-peer clinical consultations and provide expertise for claims issue resolution

Oversee pharmacy operations staff to maintain compliance and timely determinations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

5+ years of clinical experience or completion of an accredited residency program

Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state (MTM certification desirable)

Experience in managed care, pharmacy operations, or supervising technical staff preferred
