Location: San Diego, CA (various neighborhoods — we match you with clients near you)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, On-call shifts
Pay: Starting at $19/hr (depending on experience) + mileage reimbursement + potential bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
- Provide companionship & emotional support — activities, conversation, or simply being there
- Assist with mobility: walking, transfers, using mobility aids
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or errands when needed
- Help maintain safe, clean, comfortable home environments
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others
- Ability to commit to a regular schedule or be available on short notice
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility (with training and support)
- Willingness to learn and follow care plans — training is provided
Requirements:
- TB test
- HCA (Home Care Aide registration
- Valid driver’s license/State ID
- Social Security Number
