Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a full-time Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to join our team. This evening shift supervisor, you will supervise and manage responsibilities of day to day operations including developing work schedules, managing call outs, and redeployments if needed. You will also manage any staff-related items that arise during shifts and conduct quality audits. Experience in a healthcare environment is ideal and attention to detail, conflict management and computer savvy are all skills we're looking for. Our ideal candidate will also be level-headed, take initiative and assertive but always considerate. Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Three (3) years' related experience in EVS required
• Three (3) years' leadership experience required, preferably in a healthcare facility
• Valid Washington State Driver's License
